How do I pay the remaining balance?
You may pay the remaining balance online at any time before the shoot. The day of the shoot you may either pay in cash or with a card. No Checks.
If I have already made a deposit and can not make the scheduled shoot, may I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not give refunds. However, you may reschedule for the next available shoot. See the appointment confirmation email for a link allowing you to change your session.
How long does it take to get the finished product? (Videos and Pictures)
Turnaround is up to 2 weeks.
What method will I receive the final product?
We will send you the finished video and photos via an emailed download link. You will be able to then download the files to your computer. Once the email is sent you will have 2 weeks to download the files. After 2 weeks the files will be deleted.
Do you allow client revisions?
Unfortunately we do not allow revisions on group shoots. The sample video is the template for every model visual portfolio.
May we bring pets, friends or families to the shoots?
No guest are allowed via building policy. If you are under 16, you may bring one parent. We have a specified waiting room for your guardian. If you are over 16 we prefer no additional guests as it interrupts the process.
How early should I arrive before my scheduled shoot?
We suggest at least up to 45 minutes prior to your scheduled shoot. Please arrive with make-up ready to go.
Where do I park?
Depending on your length of stay in Historic Downtown Concord, there are over 1200 parking spaces available to accommodate your parking needs. Our on-street parking is limited to two-hours, the parking deck located on Cabarrus Avenue, West provides three-hour parking spaces, and a variety of off-street lots offer both two-hour options as well as all-day parking. Please refer to the parking map to choose the option that fits your needs. In addition, all public parking (on streets, in public lots, and in the deck) is free and unrestricted every evening and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Will I have to slate for the video?
If you are represented by a talent agency, it is up to your agent whether or not they want you to slate yourself. If you are not represented by an agent, we recommend you slate yourself.
What clothes should I bring?
You will need 3 different looks. (If represented by an agency, we recommend discussing with your agent what clothing they prefer). If you are not represented, we recommend 2 casual looks and 1 business casual. Also, a solid black 2 piece bathing suit and high heels for the runway walk.
